1 Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the 7cbaji platform and you ("you" or "Member"). By using the 7cbaji website (https://7cbaji.bet) and mobile app, you agree to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

3 Account Registration & Management

Providing false or incorrect information may cause issues during account verification and could result in withdrawals being blocked.

3.2 One Person, One Account

Only one 7cbaji account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances and bonuses being forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 7cbaji support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

You must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making a withdrawal. This may require submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

7cbaji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are not available until KYC verification is complete.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until the rollover requirement has been completed.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

7cbaji processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No additional charges apply for currency conversion.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify.

5.2 Rollover Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (rollover) before withdrawal. A rollover of 10x to 30x the bonus amount typically applies. The exact rollover requirement for each bonus is stated in the bonus details.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using betting strategies to abuse bonuses is strictly prohibited. If 7cbaji finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

• The same person may not claim a promotion more than once.
• Bonus eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of 7cbaji.
• 7cbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are processed in accordance with 7cbaji's rules. 7cbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error or incorrect odds.

6.2 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified. 7cbaji is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.

6.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, the bet amount will be refunded or settled in accordance with international rules. Separate rules apply for each sport.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum winnings per bet are subject to a set limit, which may vary by sport and event. Contact support for more details.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7cbaji platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Using automated or artificial betting software to meet bonus requirements.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 7cbaji

7cbaji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.

8.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance withdrawn before the account can be closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

7cbaji is not liable for the following:

• Losing a bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party services (payment gateways, banks).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access or account hacking due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

In the event of any dispute or claim for damages, the maximum compensation shall be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
